Stutijn, CEO of AJPM, with over 13 years of experience in Private Aviation, is a
result-driven professional with a dedicated history of success providing consultative
sales and advisory services to meet the needs of a diverse client population whilst
achieving the overall company’s goals & targets.
Previously, Stutijn served a good seven years in West Africa with successful AOC Set-ups in Gabon, Cameroon, Sao Tome & Principe where he works closely with the relevant Civil Aviation authorities, five years in Middle East working for Amiri Flight being responsible for all Contracts & procurement, two years in Saudi Arabia, being country responsible for ExecuJet with the management of a Saudi Based aircraft management and FBO’s and lastly served six months as a Director of Procurement and Aircraft Management of Asia Jet Hong Kong.
Besides having remarkable experience in the private aviation industry, Stutijn is also a member of the Asian Business Aviation Association (ASBAA). He is a very decisive leader with strong practical skills in finding creative solutions for complex challenges. He has no fear of embracing change and innovation. Stutijn values integrity and long-term relations. Having an international background, he speaks four languages fluently and has very strong interpersonal skills.
Alvin’s career began as an officer for a financial investment institution in Malaysia.
After years of practise, he decided to venture into something new and therefore
joined the world of Business Aviation.
After joining the Asia Jet team, he has gained the relevant experience to help him succeed in the business managing charters. In addition to aircraft charter, Alvin also gets involved with the company’s aircraft management business and is part of the team in setting up the 9M AOC for the company where he works very closely with the relevant regulatory bodies and authorities such as the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia. Alvin is a member of the Malaysia Chapter, Asian Business Aviation Association (ASBAA).
